- Stock: 76
- Model: PLA-Filtory3D
Available Options
Filtory 3D 1.75mm PLA filament supplied on a 1kg spool and manufactured in Huesca, Spain. It is easy to print, solidifies quickly and has low warping, making it suitable for beginners, decorative models, prototypes, mock-ups and general-purpose parts.
Filtory 3D is the continuation of the filament previously sold under the BQ brand. It retains its characteristic colours and a 200-220°C printing range, so it is also easy to integrate into machines that already had profiles for that material.
Easy to print and versatile
- Moderate temperature: works within the usual range of PLA-capable hotends.
- Low shrinkage: makes flat parts easier to print and reduces warping.
- Fast solidification: supports detail, bridging and overhangs when cooling is correctly adjusted.
- Broad compatibility: intended for FFF/FDM printers using 1.75mm filament.
- Made in Spain: manufactured in Huesca, Aragón.
| Feature | Declared value |
|---|---|
| Material | PLA |
| Diameter | 1.75mm |
| Net weight | 1kg |
| Nozzle temperature | 200-220°C; suggested starting point: 205-210°C |
| Heated bed | Not essential on a clean, suitable surface; a warm bed may be used according to the printer and adhesive |
| Density | 1.24g/cm³, ASTM D792 |
| Heat deflection temperature | 56°C, ISO 75/2B |
| Glass transition | 56-64°C, ASTM D3418 |
| Melting range | 145-160°C, ASTM D3418 |
Temperatures are a starting point: adjust them in small steps for the colour, nozzle, speed and cooling setup. Use the printer's normal PLA cooling profile for bridges and overhangs. If popping, bubbles or an uneven finish appear after the spool has been stored open, check for moisture before changing flow.
Available colours
The commercial range includes White, Translucent, Fluorescent Yellow, Sulphur Yellow, Sun Yellow, Vitamin Orange, Fluorescent Orange, Aubergine, Topaz Blue, Fluorescent Green and Black. The product selector shows the variants currently available.
Fluorescent colours provide particularly vivid tones under suitable lighting. The Translucent option allows light to pass through, but the result depends on wall thickness, layers, orientation and printing parameters; it should not be interpreted as optical transparency.
Declared mechanical properties
| Property | Value | Method |
|---|---|---|
| Flexural modulus | 3600MPa | ISO 178 |
| Flexural strength | 108MPa | ISO 178 |
| Hardness | 85 Shore D | ASTM D2240 |
These values help compare the material under the stated test methods, but they do not guarantee the performance of every printed part. Layer orientation, infill, perimeters, geometry and processing can change the result considerably.
3D-printer compatibility
It is dimensionally compatible with 1.75mm filament extruders and can be used on HTA3D HPRO, Bambu Lab A1/P1/X1, Creality Ender and K1, Original Prusa MK3/MK4/XL, Voron and other open printers, provided a suitable PLA profile is selected or calibrated.
Compatibility with AMS, AMS Lite, MMU, CFS and other automatic feeding systems depends on spool dimensions and drive design. If the spool does not fit or rotate freely, use a compatible external spool holder.
Choose it if…
- You want an easy-to-print PLA made in Spain with classic and fluorescent colours.
- You want to continue using the material previously known as BQ PLA.
- You need material for decoration, prototyping, mock-ups, learning or general-purpose parts.
Do not choose it if…
- The part will operate near heat sources or temperatures close to PLA's thermal transition.
- You need high impact resistance, flexibility, long-term outdoor use or a specific technical certification.
- You want high-speed printing without calibration: this product is not marketed as High-Speed PLA.
For higher thermal and mechanical performance within the PLA family, consider Sakata 3D PLA 850 Ingeo 3D850 filament. When the geometry or print surface needs extra adhesion, apply a thin layer of 3DLAC Stick according to the build-surface instructions.
Package contents: 1 × 1kg spool in the selected colour.
