The Trianglelab CHC XL is a compact high-flow hotend for fast 3D printers and demanding melt-zone applications. It combines a 24 V, 128 W MCH ceramic heater, an integrated PT1000 sensor and an assembly weighing approximately 48 g.
Its monolithic construction and multiple thermal-break design improve robustness and help keep heat away from the cold zone when adequate heatsink cooling is provided.

Features
- 24 V / 128 W MCH ceramic heater and integrated PT1000.
- Approximately 48 g.
- Standard 304 stainless-steel transition section.
- V6-style nozzle and optional CHC XL MZE compatibility.
- Replaceable heater and sensor.
- Installed V6-style nozzle and silicone sock included.
Compatibility and setup
This is not a universal V6 drop-in replacement. Verify mount, overall length, clearance, cooling, cable routing, 24 V supply and heater-output capacity. Recheck Z offset, travel limits and part-cooling duct after installation. Use a wear-resistant nozzle for abrasive filament.
In Marlin, a directly connected PT1000 with a 4.7 kΩ pull-up normally uses TEMP_SENSOR_0 1047; 1 kΩ and 2.2 kΩ inputs use 1010 and 1022. In Klipper use sensor_type: PT1000 and the actual sensor pin and pull-up. Confirm a plausible room-temperature reading before heating, then perform PID calibration.
It is for you if
- You need additional melting capacity for fast printing or larger nozzles.
- Your machine supports 24 V, PT1000 and a 128 W heater load.
- You have a suitable mount and cold-end cooling.
It is not for you if
- Your machine is 12 V or the power output cannot be verified.
- You need a no-modification replacement.
- You print abrasive composites continuously; consider the WR version.
