WINKLE PLA HD Cork 1.75 mm is a Spanish-made filament based on PLA with a natural filler, developed to produce parts with a dark colour, organic texture and a visual finish resembling wood or cork.
It is particularly suitable for decorations, scale models, miniatures, props, visual prototypes and objects where the material's appearance is part of the design. It is available in Cork colour on 300 g or 1 kg spools.

These values are a starting point. The correct temperature depends on the hotend, nozzle, speed, cooling and desired finish. WINKLE notes that higher temperatures within the range can emphasise the wood appearance; always validate the result without exceeding the limits of your equipment.
Nozzle size and wear
The natural filler makes a 0.6 mm or larger nozzle advisable. A 0.4 mm outlet may work with a sufficiently high layer height, but provides less clearance for particles and potential obstructions.
Composite filaments can wear the nozzle during prolonged use. A nozzle with expressly declared wear resistance is advisable for frequent printing. If your hotend uses an M6 V6 geometry, consider the 0.6 mm Trianglelab V6 A2 hardened-steel nozzle; it is not automatically compatible with proprietary hotends using other lengths.
3D-printer compatibility
Compatibility is conditional on the printer using 1.75 mm filament, reaching the stated temperature range and accepting a suitable nozzle. This includes compatible configurations of HTA3D HPRO, Creality Ender-3 and CR-10, Anycubic Kobra, Artillery Sidewinder, Original Prusa MK3/MK4 and Bambu Lab A1/P1/X1.
A machine's original nozzle may not meet the recommended diameter or wear resistance. Also check that the filament path does not include tight bends or excessive friction. Operation through AMS, MMU, CFS or another automatic feeder is not guaranteed; use external or direct feeding if the system manufacturer does not expressly support filled filament.
Difference from the current WINKLE PLA WOOD

- You need maximum detail through a small nozzle and narrow filament paths.
- You need a part for prolonged outdoor use, high temperatures, impact or repeated flexing.
- You require certified structural, food-contact or insulation properties.
Storage
Store the spool in an airtight bag or container with desiccant, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Popping, steam, excessive stringing or an irregular surface may indicate moisture. If this occurs, dry the material using a procedure compatible with PLA and the spool, without applying unverified temperatures.
