Internal three-way corner connector designed to join three 30 series aluminium profiles in a three-dimensional structure. It fits inside the profile slots, allowing three perpendicular profiles to be connected without using an external corner cube.
The connector is manufactured from zinc alloy and features M6 threaded fixing points. It is suitable for frames, enclosures, supports, 3D printers, CNC machines and automation projects.

Compatibility
Compatible with the 30 series profiles and accessories available from HTA3D, including the 3030 aluminium profile and the 3060 aluminium profile.
It may also fit other 30 series profiles with an equivalent slot geometry. When using profiles from other manufacturers, check the internal slot dimensions because apparently similar extrusion systems may have different geometries.
Installation
Insert the three arms of the connector into the slots of the profiles forming the corner. Once the profiles are correctly aligned, gradually tighten the grub screws to secure the joint.
For accurate alignment, initially tighten the screws lightly, check that the profiles are square and then complete the tightening process progressively. The final strength will also depend on profile length, applied loads and the overall structure design.
