Internal L Connector with M5 Set Screws for 20 Series Profiles, 6 mm Slot

Internal L-shaped metal connector designed to join two 20 series aluminium profiles at a 90° angle. Both arms fit inside the profile slots, leaving the outside surfaces of the structure unobstructed.

It provides a compact alternative to external brackets when a discreet joint is required and the ends of the profile slots are accessible.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 20 series profiles and accessories, including the 2020 aluminium profile and profiles from the same family such as the 2040 aluminium profile.

For profiles from other manufacturers, check the slot width and internal geometry. A 20 mm external section alone does not guarantee that the connector can be inserted or locked correctly.

Installation

Each arm is normally inserted through the end of its corresponding slot. Position the profiles at 90°, adjust the joint and progressively tighten both set screws.

Check that the joint is square before final tightening. Avoid excessive tightening that could mark or deform the profile slot.

• Joints where the external profile surfaces must remain unobstructed.

To extend two 20 series profiles in a straight line, use the internal straight connector with M5 set screws.

The final rigidity will depend on the profiles, slot fit, tightening and the complete structure geometry.
