Internal L Connector with M6 Set Screws for 30 Series Profiles, 8 mm Slot

Internal L-shaped metal connector designed to join two 30 series aluminium profiles at a 90° angle. It fits inside the slots, keeping the external profile surfaces unobstructed.

It is suitable for compact corners in frames, enclosures and modular structures whenever the ends of the profile slots are accessible.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 30 series profiles and accessories, including the 3030 aluminium profile and profiles from the same family such as the 3060 aluminium profile.

For profiles from other manufacturers, check the slot width, depth and internal geometry. A 3030 or 3060 designation alone does not guarantee compatibility.

Installation

Each arm is normally inserted through the end of a profile slot. Position the profiles at 90°, adjust the joint and progressively tighten both M6 set screws.

Check that the joint is square before final tightening. Excessive tightening may mark the profile or overload the set-screw contact point.

To extend two 30 series profiles in a straight line, use the internal straight connector with M6 set screws.
