GDSTIME 24 V 5020 Sleeve Centrifugal Blower Fan

GDSTIME 5020-format centrifugal blower powered from 24 V and using a sleeve bearing. Its 20 mm thickness provides more airflow than an equivalent 5015 model when the duct, bracket and available space are designed for this format.

Conditional compatibility

It is not a direct 5015 replacement. Although nominal width and height are the same, this version is 5 mm thicker. Check the bracket, duct, screws, outlet and clearance around the hotend and axes.

This reference uses a sleeve bearing. Do not confuse it with the 5020 ball-bearing version, even though both share nominal dimensions and voltage.

Installation

• Check the 24 V supply, polarity and pinout.
• Do not rely on the XH2.54 connector shape alone.
• Keep the air inlet unobstructed.
• Prevent the duct from touching or distorting the housing.
• Check reliable starting at the minimum PWM duty cycle.
• Periodically inspect noise, vibration and debris build-up.
