Compatibility

It can be used in many assemblies designed for 5015 centrifugal fans, provided that the 24V supply, dimensions, mounting-hole positions, outlet orientation and duct geometry all match.

The 5015 designation defines the nominal size but does not guarantee compatibility with every printed bracket or duct. Connector pin order must also be checked, as sharing the XH2.54 format does not guarantee identical polarity between manufacturers.

Installation and speed control

Before connection, confirm that the selected output supplies 24V, supports the required current and has the correct polarity. Connect the fan to a suitable powered output or MOSFET stage, never directly to a controller signal pin.

When using PWM control, configure a minimum value that allows the fan to start consistently. For part cooling, increase airflow progressively, as the optimum setting depends on the material, part geometry and duct design.
