Compatibility

It is compatible with many assemblies designed for 5015 centrifugal fans, but the dimensions, mounting holes, air-outlet orientation and duct geometry must all be checked.

This version operates at 12V and must not be connected directly to a 24V output. For a 24V machine, use the GDSTIME 5015 24V centrifugal blower fan or a correctly rated voltage converter.

The polarity of the XH2.54 connector must also be verified before direct replacement. Matching connector housings do not guarantee an identical wire order.

Installation and speed control

Connect the fan to a 12V output capable of supplying the required current and check the polarity before operation.

When using PWM control, configure a minimum value that allows the rotor to start reliably. An excessively low duty cycle may leave the fan stationary even if it operates correctly at higher power.
