POWGE GT2 20T toothed idler pulley with bearing for 6 mm belt, 5 mm bore

POWGE GT2 20-tooth idler pulley with an integrated bearing, designed for 6 mm belts and mounting on a nominal 5 mm axle or screw.

Its 20-tooth profile, side flanges and integrated bearing make it suitable for tensioners and guides contacting the toothed side of the belt in 3D printers, CNC machines and CoreXY mechanisms.

Installation

• Use a nominal 5 mm axle or screw.
• Secure only the bearing inner race.

Compatibility

It is compatible with 6 mm GT2 belts, including the 6 mm fibreglass-reinforced POWGE GT2 belt and 6 mm low-vibration POWGE GT2 RF belt.

Its nominal specifications—20 teeth, 6 mm belt and 5 mm bore—match those used in many tensioners and CoreXY mechanisms. They may also dimensionally match some Voron configurations, but the bill of materials for the exact version must be checked before treating it as a direct replacement.

A dimensional match does not guarantee that one brand can replace another when the machine manufacturer specifies a particular part. High-performance assemblies must also follow the quality, alignment and installation requirements in the machine documentation.
