SK10 Aluminium Shaft Support for 10 mm Smooth Rod

SK10 aluminium support for securing a 10 mm smooth rod to a base parallel to the shaft. The rod is inserted into the split clamp and secured with a clamping screw.

Use and compatibility

It is intended for 3D printers, CNC machines, engravers and linear mechanisms using 10 mm rods. The SK10 designation confirms the nominal shaft diameter but does not by itself guarantee matching shaft height, mounting pattern or available space.

It can be used in custom builds and printer modifications designed around 10 mm guides. It should not be presented as a direct replacement for a particular machine without comparing the original support.

Installation

The supports at both ends must be aligned before tightening the clamp. Do not force the shaft to compensate for frame errors, as this can cause binding or uneven wear in the linear bearings.
