V6 Heater Block with M6 Thread Compatible with V5 and V6 Hotends

V6-format heater block designed to secure the heater cartridge and thermistor using independent clamping systems. This configuration provides stable installation of the components responsible for heating and monitoring the hotend temperature.

Sensor compatibility

This block uses a screw and washer to secure the thermistor. It can be combined with the wired NTC 3950 thermistor with Dupont connector or the wired NTC 3950 thermistor with XH connector, provided that the mounting system and electronics are compatible.

For sensors with a 3 mm cylindrical encapsulation, use the V6 heater block specifically designed for 3 mm encapsulated sensors.

Nozzles and insulation

The block accepts M6-threaded V6-format nozzles. Available options include:

• 0.4 mm V6 nozzle.
• 0.5 mm V6 nozzle.
• 0.6 mm V6 nozzle.
• 0.8 mm V6 nozzle.

It can be protected with the V6 heater block silicone sock, which helps maintain temperature and reduces plastic accumulation on the block.
