Reinforced Internal Corner Bracket for 20 Series Profiles, 20 × 28 mm

Reinforced internal aluminium bracket for joining 20 series profiles at a 90° angle. It is 20 mm wide and has approximately 28 mm long arms, providing a larger supporting surface than the compact 20 mm bracket.

It has two fastening points, one on each face. The previous “2020/2028” reference describes the bracket dimensions and does not identify two different profile families.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 20 series profiles, including the 2020 aluminium profile and 2040 aluminium profile, as well as other HTA3D profiles and accessories belonging to this series.

Compatibility with external profiles should be checked through their slot and channel geometry, not only their external dimensions.

Choosing between bracket versions

Its 28 mm arms provide a larger supporting surface than the compact version. This can be useful when a more stable joint is required, although effective strength also depends on the fasteners, tightening, load direction and complete frame configuration.

Installation

• Position the bracket inside the corner joint.
• Fasten each arm to one of the profiles.
• Align both profiles at a 90° angle.
• Tighten progressively to prevent movement.
• Check that the joint remains square after final tightening.
