After the great reception of our 3DSteel, we are proud to present our new V2 version. In this version we wanted to offer all the best and most current components, presented in an easy to assemble, very complete, with the highest quality in all components and all at a very affordable price. We want to give special thanks to all customers who have accompanied us since our first P3steel in 2014 until today we present this kit with a spectacular performance.
32 Bits SKR V 1.4 Board
32 bits processor with plenty of capacity to use all available Marlin features without memory or processing load limitations. In addition, this plate is very reliable and includes a high-power mosfet that will not overheat.
TMC2209 UART Drivers
Chips designed and manufactured in Germany. They are an improvement over the already phenomenal 2130 and 2208, combining the best of each and improving performance. They guarantee a smooth, quiet and precise movement and are controlled by Marlin through the LCD.
24v power supply with intelligent fan
A 24V source provides us with better performance than the classic 12V ones, all the components will work with better performance and more power.
It includes an internal fan that regulates itself automatically to maintain an optimal temperature.
Heated Magnetic Bed 220x220mm
Very powerful, capable of reaching 120ºC temperature quickly. With holes for the screw heads, the upper part will be completely flat so that the entire printing surface can be used. Includes embedded magnets that withstand high temperatures.
Powerful motors
These 52 N-CM motors for X and Y are very strong and allow you to take full advantage of the silent mode of the TM2209.
Steel Structure
The best possible structure for a 3D printer, the design of this frame makes the assembly as simple as fitting a puzzle, including self-locking nuts that will guarantee the absence of slack.
2x Motors 17hs4401s with integrated spindle and POM nuts
Dual motor for the Z-axis without flexible couplers, so that each layer is deposited just above the previous one. It simplifies assembly and achieves super-precise Z-motion.

Glass fiber reinforced GT2 belts with anti wear coating, the mounting is designed to be easily changed without dismantling almost anything, this printer is designed to last and have minimal maintenance costs.
HTA3D v2 Extruder
All-in-one extruder that will delight the most demanding users. It includes everything you need in a very compact size: fuser, layer fan, extruder with dual pulleys, adjustable tensioner and filament presence sensor.
Precision Bimetal Throat
There is no better throat for 3D printing today, this is the highest range in 3D printing throats, and we include it by default in this kit, with it you will achieve by its design and machining: avoid jams, control the flow of material more accurately and print faster.
Dual Pulleys
This type of pulley doubles the force transmitted to the filament. In addition, it reduces the stress caused in the retractions, so it guarantees a powerful and reliable extrusion.
We include by default the highest quality version, made of hardened steel covered with nickel.
Precision block and nozzle
The best manufacturing, material and design tolerances for optimal, precise and consistent extrusion. The brass block has a higher thermal inertia, which together with the silicone insulating sock will allow us to keep the temperature completely stable.
3DTouch leveling sensor
Light and precise, it mechanically samples the position of the bed, correcting deviations or inclinations.
Filament presence sensor
Mechanic with wheel. Simple and reliable operation, it detects when the filament has run out so you can change it comfortably.
Detailed Tutorials
Very detailed tutorials, with 3D images, photographs, diagrams, and directions, all broken down step by step, very easy to follow. It is designed to be viewed on a PC, mobile phone or tablet, and can also be printed. In this way it can be used very easily in educational environments (always under adult supervision).

Easy mount DIY kit
This kit is shipped partially assembled, simplifying the process and making it faster and easier. The pre-assembled components are: extruder, heated bed, power supply, X-axis printed parts and LCD. This way the assembly can now be done in about 4 hours.
Optional Mounting Kit
If you would like us to assemble and calibrate the kit, it is now possible, you will receive the 3D Printer assembled, calibrated and tested. Together with the printed parts we have printed for testing, this service is specially designed for companies that want a complete service. The preparation time is approximately two weeks depending on the assembly line.
