External T Joining Plate for 20 Series Aluminium Profiles, 60 × 60 mm

External T-shaped metal plate designed to join 20 series aluminium profiles perpendicularly within the same plane. It is particularly useful when one profile terminates against the side or intermediate section of another, such as in cross-members, frame divisions and structural reinforcements.

Its four fastening points distribute the connection between both profiles and simplify the construction of modular frames for 3D printers, small CNC machines, automation and robotics.

Compatibility

When using profiles from other manufacturers, check the slot position, slot geometry and T-nut compatibility. Sharing a 20 mm external dimension does not guarantee correct fitment.

Installation

The plate is fastened to the outside face of the profiles using screws and T-nuts suitable for their slots. Before tightening, check the profile alignment and make sure all four holes can be used without forcing the plate.

To create or reinforce an external corner, use the external L joining plate for 20 series profiles.

The final rigidity will depend on the profiles, fasteners, tightening and the complete structure configuration.
