External T Joining Plate for 30 Series Aluminium Profiles, 85 × 85 mm

External T-shaped metal plate designed to join 30 series aluminium profiles perpendicularly within the same plane. It allows one profile to be fastened against the side or intermediate section of another, making it suitable for cross-members, frame divisions and structural reinforcement.

It has four fastening points distributed between the cross arm and central arm, helping spread the connection across both profiles without implying a universal load rating.

Compatibility

For profiles from other manufacturers, check the slot position and geometry together with the required screws and T-nuts. The external profile dimensions alone are not sufficient to ensure compatibility.

Installation

The plate is installed on the outside face of the profiles using suitable screws and T-nuts. Before final tightening, check the alignment, squareness and full contact of the plate against the profiles.

The final load capacity and rigidity will depend on the profiles, fasteners, tightening, load direction and the complete geometry of the structure.
