Internal three-way corner connector for joining 20 series aluminium profiles in a three-dimensional structure. Its three arms fit inside the profile slots, creating a compact and discreet perpendicular joint.

Compatibility
Compatible with the 20 series profiles and accessories available from HTA3D, including the 2020 aluminium profile and the 2040 aluminium profile.
It may also fit profiles from other manufacturers when the internal slot shape and dimensions are equivalent. A 2020 or 2040 designation alone does not guarantee compatibility between every extrusion system.
When an external end-mounted joint is preferred, the three-way cube connector for 20 series profiles can be considered as an alternative.
Installation
Insert each arm of the connector into the corresponding profile slot and bring the three profiles together to form the corner. Align the structure before progressively tightening the fixing elements.
To maintain accurate alignment, initially tighten the joint lightly, check that the profiles are square and then complete the tightening process progressively. This connector should not be used as the only structural joint in assemblies exposed to high loads, impacts or significant vibration without assessing the complete frame design.
