M5 Hammer T-Nut for 30 Series Aluminium Profile, 8 mm Slot

M5 hammer T-nut for fastening brackets, mounts and accessories to 30 series aluminium profiles with an 8 mm slot. It can be inserted directly through the open slot, allowing components to be added or repositioned without dismantling the ends of the frame.

Once inserted, the nut is turned approximately 90° so that its body sits across the inside of the profile.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 30 series aluminium profiles, including the 3030 profile and 3060 profile, as well as HTA3D accessories belonging to the same profile family.

For profiles from other manufacturers, the nominal 8 mm slot width and internal channel geometry should be checked before compatibility is confirmed.

Installation

• Insert the nut directly through the slot.
• Turn it approximately 90° until positioned across the channel.
• Position the accessory and tighten the M5 screw.
• Check that the nut has rotated and seated correctly before final tightening.

Use a screw length suitable for the thickness of the accessory, preventing the screw from bottoming out before the joint is fully tightened.

Alternative mounting option

When the fastener can be inserted from the end of the profile, the M5 sliding T-nut for 30 series profiles is available.
