Internal Straight Connector with 4 M6 Set Screws for 30 Series Profiles, 8 mm Slot

Internal metal connector designed to join two 30 series aluminium profiles longitudinally. It fits inside the slot across the joint between both sections and is locked with four M6 set screws.

It aligns and extends profiles without occupying their external surfaces with joining plates, making it useful for frames, tables, enclosures and modular structures.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 30 series profiles such as the 3030 aluminium profile and the 3060 aluminium profile, using a suitable slot from this family.

For profiles from other manufacturers, check the slot width, depth and internal geometry. A 3030 or 3060 designation alone does not guarantee correct fitment.

Installation

Insert approximately half of the connector into the first profile slot and tighten it lightly. Slide the second profile over the exposed section, bring both profile ends together and check their alignment.

Gradually and evenly tighten all four set screws. Avoid excessive tightening that could damage the slot or make future disassembly difficult.

For an internal 90° joint, use the internal L connector for 30 series profiles.

The joint should not automatically be considered equivalent to a continuous profile. Its capacity depends on the loads, orientation, number of connectors and overall structure configuration.
