Long Reinforced Internal Corner Bracket with 4 Fastening Points for 30 Series Profiles

Long internal aluminium bracket for joining 30 series profiles at a 90° angle. Its design has four fastening points, two on each face, allowing the clamping force to be distributed over a larger area.

It is a longer and more robust version of the compact bracket. It is particularly useful when increased joint rigidity or greater resistance to relative rotation between the profiles is required, provided that the complete frame is correctly designed.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 30 series profiles, including the 3030 aluminium profile and 3060 aluminium profile, as well as other HTA3D profiles and accessories belonging to this series.

The previous “3060” designation identifies this longer bracket version and does not restrict it to 3060 profiles. For profiles from other manufacturers, check the slot position and internal channel geometry.

Benefits of four fastening points

The two fastening points on each face distribute the clamping force and help prevent relative rotation between the profiles. Under equivalent assembly conditions, this configuration can provide a more rigid and robust joint than a compact bracket using one fastener per face.

No universal maximum load is specified because final strength depends on the screws, nuts, tightening torque, load direction and complete frame design.

Installation

• Position the bracket inside the corner joint.
• Prepare two fastening points on each profile.
• Align the profiles at a 90° angle.
• Progressively tighten all four fasteners.
• Check that the joint remains square after final tightening.
