Rectangular replacement HEPA filter for Nevermore Mini and Nevermore StealthMax S, designed to capture airborne particles inside these filtration systems for enclosed 3D printers. Its pleated medium provides a large filtering area in a compact format, while the frame includes a pull tab for easier removal.
Its declared commercial classification is H11. In a complete Nevermore system, the HEPA filter works alongside an adsorbent medium: HEPA captures particles, while activated carbon or Scorch targets selected odours and volatile organic compounds. These functions are complementary, not interchangeable.

Dimensions are nominal and small differences may exist depending on whether the filter body, frame or tab is measured. For a modified or third-party housing, also compare the seat shape, frame support and sealing arrangement; similar external dimensions alone do not guarantee a correct fit.

The official Nevermore Mini and StealthMax S designs use one filter per assembly. Compatibility refers to those original versions; modified housings may change dimensions, retainers or airflow direction.
Installation
- Stop the printer and disconnect the fans before opening the housing.
- Remove the used filter by holding its frame or pull tab; do not pull on the pleated medium.
- Dry-clean the housing and inspect its supports, seals and air passages.
- Seat the filter fully, without gaps that would allow air to bypass it.
- Follow the orientation specified by the housing. If the supplied filter carries an airflow arrow, follow that marking.
- Close the assembly and check for airflow, abnormal vibration or an unusual drop in flow.
Maintenance and replacement
- Periodically inspect the pleated medium, frame, seal and system airflow.
- Replace the filter if it is torn, wet, deformed, heavily loaded with particles or causes a noticeable reduction in airflow.
- Do not treat it as washable or apply high-pressure air unless specific instructions for the supplied unit permit it; the medium and its joints could be damaged.
- There is no universal replacement interval: service life depends on printed materials, operating hours, particle concentration, airflow and chamber conditions.
Completing the filtration system
This product is the HEPA filter only. A compatible Nevermore assembly may also require a housing, fans, power supply, control hardware and a gas-adsorption medium such as Nevermore activated carbon, Nevermore Scorch or the 50/50 Nevermore Boost mixture, depending on the design and operating conditions.
Filtration can reduce contaminants under suitable conditions, but it does not guarantee a safe environment on its own. It should be combined with an enclosure, ventilation, responsible material selection, maintenance and the preventive measures appropriate to the space.
