Silicone Sock for Dragon ACE Hotend
Silicone sock designed to cover the heater block of Dragon ACE hotends with the matching geometry. It helps reduce filament residue sticking to the block and limits direct exposure to part-cooling airflow, keeping the hotend area cleaner.
Compatibility depends on the exact shape of the heater block and hotend. This sock is intended for Dragon ACE; it must not be assumed to fit a V6, Volcano, CHC, CHC Pro, Rapido, TZ-V6 or another hotend simply because the nozzle diameter is the same. The installed nozzle diameter alone does not determine the sock fit.
Install it with the hotend cold, checking that it is properly seated and does not interfere with the nozzle, heatbreak, thermistor or heater cartridge. Do not stretch or force it: deformation or incorrect installation can leave exposed areas or make a leak harder to detect.
The sock is a consumable. Replace it if it is cut, hardened, deformed, heavily contaminated or no longer fits correctly. It does not repair leaks between the nozzle and heatbreak; those must be fixed before fitting a new sock.
Important: check your heater block geometry before ordering. If your hotend is not a Dragon ACE or uses a different block shape, contact us before purchasing to avoid an incorrect order.
