M3 Hammer T-Nut for 30 Series Aluminium Profile, 8 mm Slot

M3 hammer T-nut for creating fastening points in 30 series aluminium profiles with an 8 mm slot. It can be inserted directly through the open slot, allowing brackets, sensors, electronics and other accessories to be added to an already assembled frame.

After insertion, the nut is turned approximately 90° so that its body sits across the inside of the profile.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 30 series aluminium profiles, including the 3030 profile and 3060 profile, as well as HTA3D accessories belonging to the same profile family.

For profiles from other manufacturers, check that the slot is 8 mm wide and that the internal geometry allows the nut to rotate and seat correctly.

Installation

• Insert the nut directly through the slot.
• Turn it approximately 90° until positioned across the channel.
• Position the accessory and tighten the M3 screw.
• Check that the nut has rotated and seated correctly.

Select the screw length according to the thickness of the accessory to prevent it from bottoming out before the joint is fully tightened.

Alternative mounting option

When the fastener can be inserted from the end of the profile, the M3 sliding T-nut for 30 series profiles can be used instead.
