Description

Nickel-plated carbon-steel M4 sliding nut for HTA3D European 20-series profiles. It is inserted through an open end and provides an adjustable mounting point along the slot.

Suitable for brackets, plates, supports and accessories using M4 fasteners on structures built from 2020 or 2040 profiles.

Compatibility

Directly compatible with our 2020 and 2040 aluminium profiles and HTA3D 20-series accessories designed for M4 fasteners.

It is not equivalent to an M4 nut for 15 or 30-series profiles, as the body must match the slot geometry.

Installation

• Insert the nut through an open end.
• Slide it to the required mounting position.
• Select the screw length according to the accessory thickness.
• Check that the screw does not bottom out before securely clamping the component.
• Tighten progressively with the structure correctly squared.
