M4 Hammer T-Nut for 30 Series Aluminium Profile, 8 mm Slot

M4 hammer T-nut for fastening components to 30 series aluminium profiles with an 8 mm slot. Its shape allows it to be inserted directly through the open slot, making modifications and extensions easier on already assembled frames.

After insertion, the nut is turned approximately 90° to position its body across the internal channel.

Compatibility

For profiles from other manufacturers, the nominal 8 mm slot width and internal channel geometry should be checked.

Installation

• Insert the nut through the open slot.
• Turn it approximately 90° until it sits across the channel.
• Position the accessory and tighten the M4 screw.
• Check the rotation and seating of the nut before final tightening.

Screw length must suit the thickness of the accessory. An excessively long screw may bottom out before the component is correctly secured.

Alternative mounting option

For assemblies with access to the end of the profile, the M4 sliding T-nut for 30 series profiles can be used.
