HTA3D printed parts kit for P3Steel / Prusa i3 Steel – Single extrusion

This set includes the printed parts required to assemble the single-extrusion P3Steel developed by HTA3D. The parts are designed to work together with the steel frame and mechanical configuration used in our P3Steel kit.

It is suitable for building, repairing or updating an HTA3D P3Steel without having to print every component separately.

Compatibility

The set is specifically designed for the HTA3D P3Steel DIY kit and our P3Steel / Prusa i3 Steel frame.

It should not automatically be considered compatible with every printer described as a Prusa i3 Steel or P3Steel. Different revisions, redesigns and third-party variants may change mounting holes, carriages, endstops, extruder components or electronics.

It is also not a direct replacement set for the later HTA3D 3DSteel and 3DSteel V2 printers, which use different printed parts and mechanical solutions.

Parts required to complete the printer

This product contains only the printed parts. They can be combined with the P3Steel motion kit, P3Steel rod kit and HTA3D P3Steel fastener kit.

The frame, fasteners, bearings, rods, motors, belts, electronics, power supply, heated bed, hotend and fans are not included unless explicitly stated in a product option.

Assembly considerations

• Identify each part and its installation position before starting assembly.
• Do not overtighten screws installed into printed parts.
• Check shaft and rod alignment before operating the motors.
• Ensure that the endstops can be activated correctly.
• Check that wiring and cable chains move without interference.

When using the set to repair an existing machine, compare its revision and configuration with the HTA3D P3Steel before ordering.
