Description

Nickel-plated carbon-steel M5 sliding nut for HTA3D European 20-series profiles with a nominal 6 mm slot. It is inserted through an open end and can be adjusted longitudinally before tightening the joint.

The M5 thread is commonly used by structural brackets and connectors for 2020 and 2040 profiles, providing a compact mounting point inside the slot.

Compatibility

Do not select it by thread alone: M5 nuts for 15 and 30-series profiles use different body geometries.

Installation

• Plan the nut positions before closing the profile ends.
• Insert them longitudinally and move them to each mounting point.
• Use M5 screws with a length appropriate for the accessory.
• Check that the screw does not bottom out inside the slot.
• Square the structure and tighten its joints progressively.
