Brass M6 Volcano-Type Nozzle for 1.75 mm Filament – 0.6 mm

Description

Brass Volcano-type nozzle with an M6 thread and 0.6 mm outlet, designed for 1.75 mm filament extrusion systems.

The 0.6 mm opening supports wider extrusion lines and thicker layers than a 0.4 mm nozzle. It is a balanced option for reducing print times on medium and large parts, producing stronger walls while retaining a reasonable level of detail.

Compatibility

Compatible with hotends using M6 Volcano-type nozzles for 1.75 mm filament. Threaded length, sealing surface and heater-block geometry must match; checking the M6 thread alone is not sufficient.

It can be combined with our M6 Volcano-type heater block, Volcano heater-block silicone sock and configurable Volcano-type hotend, depending on the selected configuration.

Recommended configuration

• Select 0.6 mm as the nozzle diameter in the slicer.
• Adjust line width, layer height and flow settings.
• Check that the hotend can melt the requested flow before significantly increasing printing speed.
• If under-extrusion appears, adjust speed or temperature within the filament manufacturer's recommended range.
• Check Z-offset and first-layer height after replacement.

Materials

Suitable for non-abrasive filaments such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU. Although the 0.6 mm opening can reduce clogging with some filled materials, Brass remains susceptible to wear and is not suitable for prolonged abrasive use.
